CNC Machining for Multiple Valve Types

We leverage CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining to produce incredibly precise valve parts and components. This manufacturing method uses programmed computer software to control the exact movements of our tools and machinery.

Our CNC machines can create parts with extremely tight tolerances and high accuracy, often down to thousandths of an inch. Once programmed, they repeatedly produce identical parts with minimal variation, ensuring every valve we manufacture for you meets its exact specifications. Plus, we can easily modify these programs, allowing us to quickly adjust valve designs for your operation or create custom industrial valves based on your specifications.

We use CNC horizontal lathes to craft precision components for our globe, gate, and swing check valves. The process begins with our valve designs created in CAD software, which is then translated into G-code – the language that dictates every precise movement of the cutting tools. Throughout the machining process, sensors continuously take measurements to guarantee each part is manufactured perfectly to spec.

Our Manufacturing Warranty

Seller warrants the material to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and proper operation, for a period of one year from date of delivery to a common carrier for shipment to buyer. Seller’s obligation is limited to: (1) Repair of the material, or (2) replacement of any part or parts proven defective in material or workmanship, or (3) refund of the purchase price. The choice of said remedies shall be determined by seller in its sole discretion. All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed and excluded. The within limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, agreements and similar obligations of seller. In no event shall seller be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
