SNC Lavelin CNRL's Froth Plant
 

Williams Valves announces a contract with SNC Lavalin in the construction of a Froth treatment plant for Canadian Natural Resources Ltd (CNRL). 4,000 valves both forged and cast steel. The contract includes gates, globes and check valves in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 30 inch in both the 150 and 300 pound pressure class.

Froth treatment dilutes a mixture of bitumen, clay and water with naphtha and mechanically separates the bitumen. The SNC Lavalin built froth treatment plant is located in Alberta CA and is a part of CNRL's $10.8 billion dollar Horizon Project.
